We all are the same

It happens that in the modern world we do not all have
the same rights.
Why it happens?
We can all change it. Just start from ourselves.

How to start writing?

 Important rules for every writer:

  • Think about what you want to write.
  • Each story has a beginning, a middle and the end.
  • Work on one thing until finished.
  • Use interesting verbs.
  • Give a reader at least one character he or she can identify with.
  • Every sentence must do one of two things- reveal character or advance the action.
  • Give your readers as much information as possible.
  • Rewrite and edit until you find the best phrase.
  • Think big!

Let's start...

Creative writing is a form of writing where creativity is at the forefront of its purpose through using imagination, creativity, and innovation in order to tell a story through strong written visuals with an emotional impact, like in poetry writing, short story writing, novel writing, and more.

There are only five main kinds of writing: expository, descriptive, persuasive, narrative, and journal or letter writing. Each writing genre has its own unique purpose and requires different skills.

Music for wellbeing

Music is an essential element in a culture created by man. We learn world through the music.

Music brings people together, sometimes helps to forget about pain and suffering, sometimes  expresses positive feelings and emotions. Bob Marler said: „One good thing about music, when it hits you, you feel no pain”.

Music supports our wellbeing.

There are many positive aspects to listening to music:

·        reduces stress

·        reduces pain

·        expresses emotions and feelings

·        helps to remember

·        breaks down communication barriers

When we are aware of how music affects us we can start to intentionally use it to improve our wellbeing.

Think to create own playlists for different emotions and feelings.

Proposed playlists:

·        Happy music.

·        Energizing music.

·        Romantic music.

·        Nostalgic music.

·        Holiday music.

·        Relaxing music.

You can find your music to help you to experience different emotions.

Music is very spiritual, it has the power to bring people together” said Edgar Winter, and we can assure you this is true.

15th of April - World Art Day

"This World Art Day is a timely reminder that art can unite and connect us even in the most difficult of circumstances. Indeed, the power of art to bring people together, to inspire, heal and share, has become increasingly clear during recent conflicts and crises, including COVID-19."

Decoupage workshops

One of the projects' activities were decoupage workshops - learners prepared Easter eggs. It was also great opportunity to talk about tradition of painting eggs present in many European countries.

These beautiful decorations will decorate the festive tables.
