Decoupage workshops

 One of the projects' activities were decoupage workshops - learners prepared Easter eggs. It was also great opportunity to talk about tradition of painting eggs present in many European countries.

These beautiful decorations will decorate the festive tables. 

Coordinators online meeting

 COVID-19 forced us to do online meetings. Unfortunately we still can't meet face to face, but we are online regularly!  

Can you belive it's April outside?

Visit to Muzeum Pamięci Sybiru

20th of March Polish learners went to Muzeum Pamięci Sybiru in Bialystok. This visit was an extraordinary, living history lesson for us. We could see the souvenirs of people exiled to Siberia and listen to their accounts from various moments of their lives in Soviet captivity.

The visit was also a great opportunity to learn that even in such a difficult moment art had big importance to people.

 

Writing workshops for foreigners

 Centrum Ksztalcenia Ustawicznego im. Henryka Sienkiewicza in Bialystok conduct Polish language classes for foreigners. This is one of the creative writing groups.

We are all artists

During the workshops, learners completed the missing parts of paintings by famous artists. The experiment shows how difficult painting is. It's not easy to be Leonardo da Vinci. Try it...

Storytelling workshops

During the workshop participants  learned how to write an interesting story inspired by photos. 

They've answered many questions: 

Who is the hero? Who is the protagonist? Who is the enemy? 

 

They worked really hard.

But the final stories were really interesting to hear!

Vice Versa is an association formed by trainers, youth workers and educators with a passion for non-formal education, based in Prague, Czech Republic.

Its main aim is to promote active citizenship and non-formal education by providing possibilities for young people and youth leaders to be socially active, take part in different events and support them in their personal development and further education.

We aim to support intercultural dialogue, active citizenship, environmental and global education and awareness, and creation of links between formal and non-formal education by providing innovative educational opportunities both for young people and those working with them.

Our members organise different educational events – both locally and internationally. We give big emphasis on co-operation and linking up with other organizations active in similar field for exchange of experience and good practice sharing.
